Basic conveyor system
• There are 2 types Motor rollers for 50mm diameters. The first one is the direct driving which with no gear machine part. The other is the motor rollers with the gear machine part.
1.Due to the lack of gear machine part, direct driving type has longer life cycles than others. Also direct driving type has better performance for running noise. Direct driving type is more suitable for frequently starting and stopping operation. It is also suitable for frequently changing between FWD and REV.
2.The motor rollers with gear part also has better performance in driving operation. With the BLDCM, MTA’s motor roller has stable torque output before R.P.M.
3.With the easy bus system, you could have concise wire designing for a big system.
Sorter machine
With the minimum size of sorter, customer could realize the mini package sorting work(50MM*50MM letters or package).
With the speed from 0 to 2.5m/s, customer could get a high sorting efficiency.
With can bus system, customer could set different speed for every sorter.
RGV，AGV，AMR
MTA has a compact and small drive motor. Gear box is already integrated in the drive motor. The BR200 takes less space and supplies more powers.
MTA’s wheel driving system could give more agile performance and power to AGV or AMR.
