The main shaft control module uses the high-speed and high-precision response of the Becalay servo driver and excellent control algorithm to keep the deviation of the output torque of the two main rolls to a minimum, so that there is no additional stretching force on the wire mesh between the two main rolls, thus eliminating the possibility of wire breakage caused by the additional stretching force on the wire mesh.
In the tension roll diameter control, the roll diameter control unit uses the Becalay servo driver and PLC to realize high-speed and high-precision real-time roll diameter calculation. The higher precision roll diameter value provides a reliable guarantee for the good synchronization between the main shaft (master) and the reel (slave), and the good master slave synchronization can provide favorable conditions for improving the dynamic stability of the tension control unit.
The wire pulley unit can meet the requirements of different wire diameters, reduce the friction between lines and between lines, and effectively reduce the wire breakage rate.
High precision position control, high precision and stable performance of the servo motor of the jadeite leaf ensure the consistency and efficiency of the discharge.
