Air Spinning Machine

Open-end spinning belongs to open-end spinning. The sliver is carded into a single fiber by the opening roller. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the opening roller and the negative pressure airflow in the rotor, the fiber escapes from the surface of the opening roller and enters the rotor through the cotton conveying pipe, and enters the rotor in the coagulation tank. A fiber ring is formed, and the fiber ring rotates with the rotor at a high speed under the action of the piecing yarn, with the continuous transmission of the twist and the continuous peeling of the fiber bundle to form the yarn.

Electric adopts B&R PCC control to improve the reliability of the control system, selects ACOPOS driver to drive FinePower servo motor, and uses touch screen to realize human-computer interaction, which is more convenient to operate.
